8. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will assist with the transition of services and return or destroy your data as requested.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
